Now Legal Services maintains fully staffed, operational departments for all areas of legal support including, but not limited to, court services, service of process, research and on and off site photocopy, deposition officer services, discovery, skip-tracing, messenger, mobile notary, special assignments, and facsimile filings. Now Legal's process servers are registered and bonded pursuant to California Business and Professions Code 22350 et seq. Through continuing education, our servers maintain their status as certified process servers.
Now Legal Services maintains staff and exclusive telephone lines at Superior and Municipal Courts for both Los Angeles and Orange County, as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts at Los Angeles and Santa Ana, from their prospective opening and closing times every business day. Our knowledgeable staff takes pro-active measures, whenever possible, to assure assignments are completed in a timely manner, rather than return for corrections or return unfiled.
